حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ حُضَيْرٍ، قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا هُوَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَكَانَ فِيهِ مِزَاحٌ يُحَدِّثُ الْقَوْمَ لِيُضْحِكَهُمْ، فَطَعَنَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خَاصِرَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: أَصْبِرْنِي، فَقَالَ: «اصْطَبِرْ» ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ عَلَيْكَ قَمِيصًا، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيَّ قَمِيصٌ، فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَمِيصَهُ فَاحْتَضَنَهُ، وَجَعَلَ يُقَبِّلُ كَشْحَهُ، وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّمَا أَرَدْتُ هَذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ
Sayyiduna Usayd bin Hudayr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he had a habit of joking; he would talk to the people to make them laugh. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (jokingly) poked him in his side, so he said: Let me take retaliation. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take it." He said: You have a shirt on, and I have no shirt on. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) lifted his shirt, and he embraced him (peace and blessings be upon him) and began kissing his (peace and blessings be upon him) side, saying: O Messenger of Allah! This is all I wanted.
