Ziyad bin Sa'd bin Dumayrah al-Sulami relates from Urwah bin al-Zubayr: My father and my grandfather, who were present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at Hunayn, told me; both of them said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in the Zuhr prayer, then sat down in the shade of a tree. Then al-Aqra' bin Habis and Uyaynah bin Badr stood up. Uyaynah bin Hisn demanded the blood of the Ashja'i, Amir bin al-Adbat (he was at that time the chief of the tribe of Qays), while al-Aqra' bin Habis was speaking on behalf of Muhallim bin Jaththamah in support of Khindif, and the two of them disputed in front of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). We heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "You will take fifty (camels) as blood-money on this journey, and fifty more when we return." Then he mentioned the like of the hadith of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi al-Zinad.
