حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَوَارِيُّ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الدَّقِيقِيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «رَأَيْتُ كَأَنَّ رَحْمَةً وَقَعَتْ بَيْنَ بَنِي سَالِمٍ وَبَيْنَ بَنِي بَيَاضَةَ» ، فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَفَنَنْتَقِلُ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهَا؟ قَالَ: «لَا، وَلَكِنِ اقْبُرُوا فِيهَا» ، فَقَبَرُوا فِيهَا مَوْتَاهُمْ
Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Sa'd bin Khaythamah narrates from his father, from his father Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Khaythamah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I saw in a dream as if mercy descended upon a place between Banu Salim and Banu Bayadah." The people said: "O Messenger of Allah, shall we move to that place?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, but bury (your dead) in it." So they buried their dead in that place.
