Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5366 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: O

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ الطَّحَّانُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي الصَّنْعَةِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ: «يَا سَعْدُ، أَلَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى صَدَقَةٍ يَسِيرَةٍ مُؤْنَتُهَا، عَظِيمٍ أَجْرُهَا؟» قَالَ: بَلَى، قَالَ: «تَسْقِي الْمَاءَ» ، فَسَقَى سَعْدٌ الْمَاءَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "O Sa'd, shall I not guide you to a charity whose effort is little and whose reward is immense?" He said: "Certainly." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give water to drink." So Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) began giving water to drink.
