حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نُوحِ بْنِ حَرْبِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الصَّوَّافُ، ثنا أَبُو الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَصَّابُ، ثنا غَسَّانُ بْنُ الْأَغَرِّ النَّهْشَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ قَدِمَ بِبَعِيرٍ لَهُ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ وَهُوَ مُحَمَّلٌ طَعَامًا، فَلَقِيَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «يَا أَعْرَابِيُّ مَا تَحْمِلُ؟» قُلْتُ: أُجَهِّزُ قَمْحًا فَقَالَ لِي: «مَا تُرِيدُ؟» قُلْتُ: أُرِيدُ بَيْعَهُ فَمَسَحَ رَأْسِي وَقَالَ: «أَحْسَنُوا مُبَايَعَةَ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ»
Sayyiduna Ziyad Abu al-Agharr al-Nahshali (may Allah be pleased with him) says: He came to Madinah with a camel of his loaded with foodstuff, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) met him and said: "O Bedouin, what have you brought?" I said: I have brought wheat. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What do you want to do with it?" I said: I want to sell it. He (peace and blessings be upon him) passed his hand over my head and said: "Deal well with the Bedouin in buying and selling."
