حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيَّبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ الْعَقَبَةَ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي بَيَاضَةَ، زِيَادُ بْنُ لَبِيدٍ، وَقَدْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا»
Ibn Shihab relates that among the Ansar who took part in the pledge of al-Aqabah, then of Banu Bayadah, is the name of Sayyiduna Ziyad bin Labid (may Allah be pleased with him), and he also took part in Badr.
