حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، قَالَ: «غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ غَزْوَةً سَبَقَنِي بِغَزَاتَيْنِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I took part in seventeen military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); he (peace and blessings be upon him) had gone ahead of me by two expeditions.
