حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا حَرْمَلَةُ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ الْجُذَامِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgement on the basis of an oath together with one witness.
