حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَسَنٍ الْعَطَّارُ، ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ بْنُ يَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: «لَمْ يَقْضِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَ قَضِيَّاتٍ فِي الْآمَّةِ وَالْمُنَقِّلَةِ وَالْمُوضِحَةِ، فِي الْآمَّةِ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، وَفِي الْمُنَقِّلَةِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ، وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسًا، وَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي عَيْنِ الدَّابَّةِ رُبُعَ ثَمَنِهَا»
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave only three rulings: concerning the ammah (a wound reaching the membrane of the brain), the munaqqilah (a wound that breaks and displaces bone) and the mudihah (a wound that exposes the bone). For the ammah he fixed a blood-money of thirty-three, for the munaqqilah fifteen and for the mudihah five (camels). And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled, concerning the eye of an animal, a quarter of its price."
