Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4845 — the Prophet ﷺ said: When the boundaries

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُرْعَةَ، ثنا أَبُو غَزِيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the boundaries (of land) have been fixed, there is no longer any pre-emption (shuf'ah, a neighbour's right of first purchase)."
