Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4837 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered him

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to learn the writing of the Jews (the Hebrew script). He said: So I used to write for him (peace and blessings be upon him) and write letters to them, and when they wrote, I would read it out to him (peace and blessings be upon him).
