حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ: «أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ، سَرَدَ الصَّوْمَ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى مَاتَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that after the death of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) kept fasting continuously until he passed away.
