Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4655 — among the Ansar who were present

Urwah said that among the Ansar who were present at the Pledge of Aqabah, and then from Banu Amr bin Malik bin al-Najjar, who are called Banu Jadilah, was Abu Talhah Sahl bin Zayd bin al-Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a naqib (chief representative).
Imam al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Ibn Lahi'ah said "Sahl bin Zayd" in this way when listing those who were present at the Pledge of Aqabah, while in listing those who were present at Badr he gave the name correctly.
