حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ، قَالَ: حَضَرْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَسُئِلَ أَيُّ الْأَعْمَالِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: «حُسْنُ الْخُلُقِ»
Sayyiduna Usamah bin Sharik (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I was present with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he was asked: Which deed is the most excellent? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Good character."
