زيد بن حارثة بن شراحيل بن كعب بن عبد العزى بن يزيد بن امرئ القيس الكلبي مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " استشهد يوم مؤتة في سنة ثمان "
Zayd bin Harithah bin Sharahil bin Kab bin Abd al-Uzza bin Yazid bin Imri al-Qays al-Kalbi (may Allah be pleased with him), the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), martyred on the Day of Mutah in 8 AH

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيَّبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، زَيْدُ بْنُ حَارِثَةَ»
Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri narrated that among those of Quraysh who took part in Badr, then from Banu Hashim, was Zayd bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him).
