حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَدَّثَنِي الْمُرَقَّعُ بْنُ صَيْفِيٍّ، أَنَّ جَدَّهُ رَبَاحَ بْنَ رَبِيعٍ، أَخَا حَنْظَلَةَ الْكَاتِبَ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ،
Sayyiduna Rabah bin Rabi' (may Allah be pleased with him), who was the brother of Hanzalah the scribe (may Allah be pleased with him), narrated that he went out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (on a military expedition), then he narrated a similar hadith.
