ربيعة بن الحارث بن عبد المطلب بن هاشم يكنى أبا أروى " وأم ربيعة، وأم أخيه أبي سفيان بن الحارث واحدة، وهي عزة بنت قيس بن طريف من ولد الحارث بن فهر توفي سنة ثلاث وعشرين، ومات نوفل بن الحارث ويكنى أبا الحارث بالمدينة سنة خمس عشرة، وهو أخوه لأبيه وأمه
Rabiah bin al-Harith bin Abd al-Muttalib bin Hashim (may Allah be pleased with him), Abu Arwa; Rabiah and his brother Abu Sufyan bin al-Harith had the same mother, Azzah bint Qays bin Tarif, of the descendants of al-Harith bin Fihr; Rabiah died in 23 AH, and his full brother Nawfal bin al-Harith, Abu al-Harith, died in Madinah in 15 AH

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثنا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، قَالَ: اجْتَمَعَ رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ، وَرَوَى الزُّهْرِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةِ إِخْوَةٍ: عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللهِ، وَمُحَمَّدٍ، وَهُمْ بَنُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ
Sayyiduna Abd al-Muttalib bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Sayyiduna Rabi'ah bin al-Harith and Sayyiduna Abbas bin Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both) got together. Then the narrator related a hadith like the hadith of Yunus.
And al-Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated this hadith from three brothers: Abdullah, Ubaydullah and Muhammad, who are the sons of Abdullah bin al-Harith bin Nawfal.
