حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثُمَّ عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غِفَارٍ الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ: «أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الصَّرْفِ»
Abu al-Sha'tha' narrates: I heard Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) saying: "I seek Allah's forgiveness and I repent to Him of (the verdict on) sarf."
