Rifaah bin Abd al-Mundhir Abu Lubabah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) (of Banu Amr bin Awf, then of Banu Umayyah bin Zayd; also called Bishr bin Abd al-Mundhir and Bashir bin Abd al-Mundhir)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4488 — from Sayyiduna Abu Lubabah; he said

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْجِنَّانِ الَّتِي فِي الْبُيُوتِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from Sayyiduna Abu Lubabah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade killing the snakes that live in houses.
