حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ الطَّحَّانُ الْمِصْرِيُّ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْخَفَّافُ، قَالَا: ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ، قَالَا: ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هُرَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَافِعٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ مُزْدَرِعٌ، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ الْأَرْضَ لِآلِ أُسَيْدٍ، فَكَارَاهَا مِنْهُمْ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنْ يَأْخُذَ كِرَاءَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَيُؤَدِّيَ إِلَيْهِمْ إِتَاءَ أَرْضِهِمْ» . «وَاللَّفْظُ لِأَحْمَدَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ» . قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ: " وَالْإِتَاءُ: هُوَ الْقِيمَةُ، قِيمَةُ مَا يَخْرُجُ "
Ubaydullah bin Hurayr (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, from his grandfather Sayyiduna Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by him while he was farming. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked about it, and he told him that the land belonged to the family of Usayd and that he had rented it from them. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to recover his rent from them and to pay them the value of the produce of their land. - These are the words of Ahmad bin Salih - Ahmad bin Salih said: Ita' means the value, that is, the value of whatever is produced.
