عباية بن رفاعة بن رافع بن خديج، عن جده رافع
Abayah bin Rifaah bin Rafi bin Khadij from his grandfather Rafi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4392 — from his father (Rifa'ah), who said: My

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَلْجٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: مَاتَ أَبِي وَتَرَكَ أَرْضًا، وَتَرَكَ جَارِيَةً وَغُلَامًا حَجَّامًا، وَنَاضِحًا، فَأَتَوْا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ: «ازْرَعُوهَا أَوِ امْنَحُوهَا» وَنَهَاهُمْ عَنْ كَسْبِ الْأَمَةِ وَقَالَ: «أَعْلِفُوا كَسْبَ الْحَجَّامِ النَّاضِحَ»
Abayah bin Rifa'ah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (Rifa'ah), who said: My father (Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him)) died and left land, a slave girl, a slave who did cupping and a water-carrying camel. They came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about this. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them about the land: "Cultivate it or give it to someone as a gift", and he forbade them the earnings of the slave girl and said: "Feed the earnings of the cupper to the water-carrying camel."
