Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4390 — from his grandfather

Abayah bin Rifa'ah bin Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his grandfather (Sayyiduna Rafi', may Allah be pleased with him) that when he died he left a slave girl, a water-carrying camel, a slave who did cupping, and a piece of land. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (taking) the earnings of the slave girl, and about the cupper he said: "Whatever he earns, feed it to the water-carrying camel", and about the land he said: "Cultivate it."
