Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4325 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no cutting off (of the hand) for (stealing) fruit (on the tree) or the palm-pith (jummar)."
