حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، أَنَّ خُفَافَ بْنَ إِيمَاءَ الْغِفَارِيَّ، أَخْبَرَهُ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِي صَلَاةٍ مِنَ الصَّلَوَاتِ، فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ قَالَ: «اللهُمَّ الْعَنْ لِحْيَانًا وَرِعْلًا وَذَكْوَانَ وَعُصَيَّةَ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ، وَغِفَارُ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهَا، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللهُ» .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Khufaf bin Ima' al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a Companion, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood in one of the prayers, and when he raised his head from bowing (ruku'), he said: "O Allah! Curse Banu Lihyan, Ri'l, Dhakwan and Usayyah, who disobeyed Allah and His Messenger. As for Ghifar, may Allah forgive them; and as for Aslam, may Allah keep them safe."
