Khalid bin al-As bin Hisham bin al-Mughirah al-Makhzumi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4105 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا وَقَعَ الطَّاعُونُ بِأَرْضٍ وَأَنْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَخْرُجُوا فِرَارًا مِنْهُ، وَإِذَا وَقَعَ بِأَرْضٍ وَلَسْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Khalid bin al-As al-Makhzumi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the plague breaks out in a land while you are in it, do not leave it fleeing from it; and when the plague breaks out in a land while you are not in it, do not enter it."
