Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 388 — from the Prophet ﷺ: The disbeliever shall

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ الْقَاضِي، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ، وَلَا الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ، وَلَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ»
Sayyiduna Usamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The disbeliever shall not inherit from the Muslim, nor the Muslim from the disbeliever, and the people of two different religions shall not inherit from one another."
