Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3631 — I came to the Prophet ﷺ while he ﷺ was

Sayyiduna Khabbab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was lying with his head resting on his cloak in the shade of the Ka'bah, and we were facing harshness from the polytheists. I said: O Messenger of Allah! Will you not pray to Allah for us? The narrator said: He (peace and blessings be upon him) sat up in anger, his face turned red, and he said: "Among those before you, a man would be asked to say a word and he would refuse to say it, so a saw would be placed on him and he would be split into two pieces, yet that would not turn him away from his religion; and one of them would be combed with iron combs (tearing) the flesh and sinews beneath his bone, yet that would not turn him away from his religion. But you are being hasty. Allah will certainly complete this religion, until a rider will travel from San'a to Hadramawt fearing none but Allah" - and Bayan added in his narration: "or the wolf for his sheep."
