Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3297 — We visited Sayyiduna Abu Waqid al-Laythi

Nafi' bin Sarjis (may Allah have mercy on him) said: We visited Sayyiduna Abu Waqid al-Laythi (may Allah be pleased with him) during the illness in which he passed away, and I heard him say: "When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led the people in prayer, he led the lightest prayer of all people, and in his own (private) prayer he prayed the longest prayer of all people."
