حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ السَّعْدِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: «أَنْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى»
Amir bin Sa'd narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "You are to me in the position that Harun (peace be upon him) had to Musa (peace be upon him)."
