Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 322 — he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ: ثنا سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «قَتْلُ الْمُسْلِمِ كُفْرٌ وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Killing a Muslim is disbelief, and reviling him is wickedness (fusuq), and it is not lawful for a Muslim to cut off his brother for more than three days."
