الحكم بن عمير الثمالي
al-Hakam bin Umayr al-Thumali (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3182 — with the same chain that the Messenger
وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «قُصُّوا الشَّارِبَ مَعَ الشِّفَاهِ»
It is narrated with the same chain that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Trim the moustache level with the lips."
