Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 296 — I heard Sa'd saying: No one accepted Islam

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا، يَقُولُ: «مَا أَسْلَمَ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي أَسْلَمْتُ فِيهِ، وَلَقَدْ مَكَثْتُ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَإِنِّي لَثُلُثُ الْإِسْلَامِ»
Sa'id bin al-Musayyib said: I heard Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: "No one accepted Islam except on the very day on which I accepted Islam, and I remained for seven days as one-third of Islam (that is, one of three Muslims)."
