حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، وَأَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ حِينَ جَاءَ نَعْيُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ لَعَنَتْ أَهْلَ الْعِرَاقِ، وَقَالَتْ: «قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، غَرُّوهُ وَذَلُّوهُ، لَعَنَهُمُ اللهُ»
Shahr bin Hawshab said: When the news of the martyrdom of Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) came, I heard Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) curse the people of Iraq, and she said: "They killed him, may Allah destroy them! They deceived him and abandoned him without help, may Allah curse them!"
