Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2691 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me: O

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَوْرَاءِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ قَالَ: عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اللهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ، وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ، وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ، وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ؛ إِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلَا يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ، لَا يَذِلِّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ، وَلَا يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَادَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ»
Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) taught me: "O Allah, guide me among those You have guided, grant me well-being among those You have granted well-being, take me as Your friend among those You have taken as friends, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed; for indeed You decree and none can decree against You. The one whom You befriend is never humiliated, and the one whom You take as an enemy is never honoured. Blessed are You and Exalted."
