Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2625 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الصَّهْبَاءِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَثَلُ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي مَثَلُ سَفِينَةِ نُوحٍ، مَنْ رَكِبَ فِيهَا نَجَا، وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْهَا غَرِقَ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The example of my household (Ahl al-Bayt) is like the ark of Nuh (peace be upon him): whoever boarded it was saved, and whoever stayed behind from it was drowned."
