حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: " مَتَّعَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ امْرَأَتَيْنِ بِعِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا وَزِقَاقٍ مِنْ عَسَلٍ، فَقَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا، وَأُرَاهَا حَنَفِيَّةَ: مَتَاعٌ قَلِيلٌ مِنْ حَبِيبٍ مُفَارِقٍ "
The father of al-Hasan bin Sa'd said: "Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) gave two women twenty thousand (dirhams) and several skins of honey as mut'ah (a parting gift). One of them - and I think she was the Hanafi woman - said: 'This is a small provision from a departing beloved.'"
