Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2547 — I went to Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali

The narrator said: I went to Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) while he was in the house of Amr bin Hurayth, and I said: Some people claim that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) will return before the Day of Resurrection. At this he laughed and said: "Subhan Allah (glory be to Allah)! If we had known that, we would not have married off his wives, nor would we have divided his inheritance."
