حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ، «سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فِي بَيْتِهَا، لِيَتَّخِذُونَهُ مُصَلًّى، فَأَتَاهَا إِلَى حَصِيرٍ لَهَا، أَوْ لَهُمْ فَنَضَحَتْهُ بِمَاءٍ، فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَصَلُّوا مَعَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) requested the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to pray in her house so that they could take it as a place of prayer. So he (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her, to a mat, and it was sprinkled with water; then he (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed on it, and they prayed with him (peace and blessings be upon him).
