Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21531 — O Messenger of Allah, give us a ruling

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ زُرَيْقِ الرَّاسِبِيّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ آمِنَةَ بِنْتِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: أَفْتِنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مِمَّ عَذَابُ الْقَبْرِ؟ قَالَ: «مِنْ أَثَرِ الْبَوْلِ، فَمَنْ أَصَابَهُ بَوْلٌ فَلْيَغْسِلْهُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ مَاءً فَلْيَمْسَحْهُ بِتُرَابٍ طَيِّبٍ»
Sayyidah Maymunah bint Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with her) said: O Messenger of Allah, give us a ruling: from what is the punishment of the grave? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "From the traces of urine. So whoever is touched by urine, let him wash it, and if he does not find water, let him wipe it with clean earth."
