Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21524 — O Messenger of Allah, give us a ruling

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ زُرَيْقٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ آمِنَةَ بِنْتِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّهَا، قَالَتْ: أَفْتِنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَنِ السَّرِقَة، فَقَالَ: «مَنْ أَكَلَهَا وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهَا سَرَقَةٌ، فَقَدِ اشْتَرَكَ فِي إِثْمِ سَارِقِهَا»
Sayyidah Maymunah bint Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with her) said: O Messenger of Allah, give us a ruling about stolen goods. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever eats stolen goods knowingly has become a partner in the sin of the thief."
