Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21429 — I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O

حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ، ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، مَوْلَى وَجْزَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، قَالَتْ: جِئْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ قَدْ ثَقُلْتُ، فَعَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَقُولُهُ، وَأَنَا جَالِسَةٌ، قَالَ: " قُولِي: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ، فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ مِائَةِ بَدَنَةٍ مُجَلِّلَةٍ مُتَقَبَّلَةٍ، وَقُولِي سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ، فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ مِائَةِ فَرَسٍ مُسْرَجَةٍ مُلْجَمَةٍ تَحْمِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَقُولِي الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ، فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ مِائَةِ رَقَبَةٍ تُعْتِقِينَهَا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ، وَقُولِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ لَا يَذَرُونَ دِينًا، وَلَا يَسْبِقُهُنَّ عَمَلٌ "
Sayyidah Umm Hani bint Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who has become heavy (now), so teach me some deed that I can do while sitting. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say Allahu Akbar one hundred times; that is better for you than one hundred sacrificial camels, draped in coverings and accepted. Say Subhan Allah one hundred times; that is better for you than one hundred saddled and bridled horses that you give (to the fighters) to ride in the path of Allah. Say al-Hamdu lillah one hundred times; that is better for you than freeing one hundred slaves from the Children of Isma'il. And say 'There is no god worthy of worship except Allah' one hundred times; (by its blessing) no sin will remain, and no deed will surpass it."
