حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنَا فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ، «أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَكَنًا وَلَا نَفَقَةً» قَالَ: وَزَوْجُهَا أَبُو حَفْصِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ
Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated to us that "her husband divorced her three times, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not grant her either housing or maintenance." Amir al-Sha'bi said: And her husband was Abu Hafs bin Amr bin al-Mughirah.
