Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21068 — on the morning my marriage was

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ ذَكْوَانَ، أَنَّ الرُّبَيِّعَ بِنْتَ مُعَوِّذِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ، قَالَتْ: جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَخَلَ عَلِيَّ صَبِيحَةَ بُنِيَ بِي فَجَلَسَ عَلَى فِرَاشِي فَجَعَلَتْ جُوَيْرِيَاتٍ يَضْرِبْنَ بِدُفٍّ لَهُنَّ وَيَنْدُبْنَ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْ آبَائِي يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ:
وَفِينَا نَبِيٌّ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي غَدٍ،
فَقَالَ: «دَعِي هَذَا وَقُولِي الَّذِي كُنْتِ تَقُولِينَ»
وَفِينَا نَبِيٌّ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي غَدٍ،
فَقَالَ: «دَعِي هَذَا وَقُولِي الَّذِي كُنْتِ تَقُولِينَ»
Sayyidah al-Rubayyi' bint Mu'awwidh (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that on the morning my marriage was consummated, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me and sat on my bed. Some young girls were beating the daff and lamenting my forefathers who were martyred on the day of Badr, until one of them said:
"And among us is a Prophet who knows what will happen tomorrow."
So he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave this, and say what you were saying before."
"And among us is a Prophet who knows what will happen tomorrow."
So he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave this, and say what you were saying before."
