Salim bin Sarj, the freed slave of Umm Subayyah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) - and she is Khawlah bint Qays, the grandmother of Kharijah bin al-Harith - said that he heard her say: "My hand and the hand of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would take turns in one and the same vessel."
