حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ سَنُوطَا، عَنْ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا خَضِرَةٌ حُلْوَةٌ فَمَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا بَارِكَ اللهُ لَهُ فِيهَا وَرُبَّ مُتَخَوِّضٍ فِي مَالِ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لَهُ النَّارُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
Sayyidah Khawlah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The world is green and sweet. Whoever acquires it with its right, may Allah bless it for him; and how many people there are who help themselves to the wealth of Allah and His Messenger; for them is the Fire on the Day of Resurrection."
