حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ، فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ عُرْوَةُ، فَقَالَ: يَا شُرْطِيُّ ائْتِ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتَ صَفْوَانَ فَسَلْهَا فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
Marwan said: Whoever touches his private parts, let him perform ablution. Urwah objected to this, so Marwan said: O guard, go to Busrah bint Safwan and ask her, for she had stated that she heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever touches his private organ, let him perform ablution."
