Busrah bint Safwan bin Nawfal bin Asad bin Abd al-Uzza bin Qusayy (may Allah be pleased with her), maternal aunt of Marwan bin al-Hakam and grandmother of Abd al-Malik bin Marwan

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَتْوَيْهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُرْوَةَ، يَقُولُ: أَرْسَلَ مَرْوَانُ إِلَى بُسْرَةَ، فَسَأَلَهَا عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَحَدَّثَتْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا مَسَّ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
The narrator said: I heard Urwah say: Marwan sent a messenger to Busrah (may Allah be pleased with her) and asked her about this hadith, and she reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you touches his private organ, let him perform ablution."
