بسرة بنت صفوان بن نوفل بن أسد بن عبد العزى بن قصي " خالة مروان بن الحكم وهي جدة عبد الملك بن مروان "
Busrah bint Safwan bin Nawfal bin Asad bin Abd al-Uzza bin Qusayy (may Allah be pleased with her), maternal aunt of Marwan bin al-Hakam and grandmother of Abd al-Malik bin Marwan
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20858 — she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتِ صَفْوَانَ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Busrah bint Safwan (may Allah be pleased with her) that she heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever touches his penis, let him perform ablution."
