حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَجَلِيُّ، عَنْ دَهْثَمِ بْنِ قُرَّانٍ، عَنْ نِمْرَانَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَطَعَ يَدَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ نِصْفِ الذِّرَاعِ فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَضَى لَهُ بِخَمْسَةِ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ وَقَالَ: «خُذْهَا بُورِكَ لَكَ فِيهَا»
Nimran bin Jariyah narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Jariyah bin Zafar (may Allah be pleased with him), that a man cut off another man's hand from the middle of the forearm, and he brought his dispute to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) awarded him five thousand dirhams and said: "Take it; may Allah bless it for you."
