حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ قَوْمًا يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّا لَسْنَا مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ فَقَالَ: " كَذَبَ مَنْ قَالَ ذَاكَ، لَكُمْ هِجْرَتَانِ: هَاجَرْتُمْ إِلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ، وَهَاجَرْتُمْ إِلَيَّ "
Sayyidah Asma' bint Umays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I said: O Messenger of Allah! Some people claim that we are not among the emigrant women (muhajirat). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever said that has lied. You have two emigrations: you emigrated to the Negus (al-Najashi), and you emigrated to me."
